Patrick Seale on the Saudi King
Seale wrote two apologetic biographies of Hafidh Al-Asad and of Khalid Bin Sultan, and his columns are published in the mouthpiece--you guessed it--of Khalid Bin Sultan, Al-Hayat. He now offers us this pearl of wisdom: "King Abdallah bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia is one of the wisest leaders on the international stage. He alone has the political weight, the resources, and the influence with both the United States and the Muslim rebels in Syria to check the region’s downward rush to disaster.". When you read this, can you take whatever else the writer says seriously? I mean, seriously?
