FSA code of misconduct
From Akram: ""Some prominent Syrian rebel fighters have signed a 'code of conduct' committing them to observe human rights in their battle to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad". Other brigades, who refused to sign because they have reservations over some of the conduct's articles, will have their hands free in committing whatever crimes they like against their opponents because they, simply, haven't signed."
