The governor of the Lebanese Central Bank said today that regardless of the changes in financial policies in Western capitals, Lebanon will not be effected. Why? He said–I KID YOU NOT–that Western policies will emulate the Lebanese model. Does that mean we should expect a rush to sex tourism in Western capitals?
