It is official: the best Syrian-lebanese restaurant in London is Noura (the main one). While there, I heard the most beautiful Arabic chanting in a song, I asked the waiter, and it was Husayn Al-Jasmi–although it did not even sound like him. And he was singing: Birds of Prey…Flying high….
