When the esteemed secretary-general of the UN was visiting Lebanon, the UNIFIL informed him that since the end of the Israeli war on Lebanon, Hizbullah violated the Blue Line not once, while Israel violated the Blue Line 1000 times. The secretary-general was not pleased, and did not reveal the information to the media.
