The Ghazi Kan`an mystery: Lebanese editor, Walid `Awad, revealed in an interview on New TV that Ghazi Kan`an privately talked to Wardah Az-Zamil (of Voice of Lebanon) after she aired his statement. He apparently told her that you will “hear major news in 30 minutes.”

Racism of Lebanonese right-wing nationalism: in a taped conversation in Paris and aired on LBC-TV, the head of the Lebanese Forces, war criminal Samir Ja`ja`, was commenting on the deteriorating situation in Lebanon. He said that things are so bad that they would not happen “not even in Africa.”
